Job Location: Bengaluru
Candidate should have 4-5 years of Sales experience in Medical Device, Equipment or Preferably Diagnostic (IVD) or Point of care industry. Candidate should have at least 4 years of Pure Government selling experience – out of which he should have handled the state level tenders and worked in pre-tender stage. Candidate should have experience of selling conceptual products or high-value products.
✓ Medical devices industry in Government Sales and Tender process.
✓ Well versed (Business Development) with the market / hospital of defined region.
✓ Analysing latest marketing trends, competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies, initiating market development efforts.
✓ Formulating strategies & reaching out unexplored market segments for business expansion by developing grass root business network.
✓ Executing short- and long-term business directions of the region to execute maximum profitability in line with organization objectives.
✓ Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
✓ Identifying and developing potential clients for achieving business volumes consistently and profitability.
✓ Mapping client’s needs and providing best products suit their requirements.
✓ Building healthy business relation with major clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfactions.
✓ Appointing and Managing distributor.
