Job Description
We are looking for a B2B marketer who will be responsible for marketing strategy, impact measurement and execution. They will gain experience & exposure to all aspects of brand management – digital/performance marketing, social media, events, public relations & employer branding. They will be the decision-maker & executioners. They will work closely with the Leadership team to plan and budget and with agencies for implementation.

Routine & Strategic Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and budget for marketing activities in line with the company’ agenda
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations 
  • Actively look for new avenues and collaborate with various platforms like curofy, etc., for product promotions
  • Help build a healthy sales pipeline through creative ways of generating new leads based on the target parameters set by the company
  • Regularly apply for various grants and awards to improve visibility

Market insights

  • Gather customer, competitor, and market insights and communicate the same to the internal stakeholders. Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand up to date

 Marketing Operations

  • Work with the creative team & agency, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  • Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns. 
  • Work closely with PR agency for news coverages, panel discussions. Also, edit content produced and monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand
  • Coordinate with vendors for print, events and award shows
  • Present brand and product at events and webinars
  • Work with web team for SEO, website up-gradation, etc.
  • Maintain and constantly update the creative repository 

Internal Communications

  • Responsible for streamlining internal communication with the board, investors and teams
  • Work closely with the human resource department for internal newsletters
  • Provide UI/UX support to the product development team
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all channels

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing b2b marketing plans and campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, should be able to write/edit/create content
  • Proven experience developing b2b marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and G-suite
  • Hands-on experience in using design tools like Canva
